Refund policy

Returns
All returns must be approved and require a return Merchandise Authorization number.  To be eligible for a return your item must be new and unused in the original packaging.  It must also be started within 14 days after the product has been received. If 14 days passed since item receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.  
Non-returnable items: Gift cards

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the item. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed and return labels are your responsibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 
It may take several days before your refund is officially posted. If after checking with your bank or credit card and it is over one week since we received your return, please contact us at office@carchem.com. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email  along with pictures of damage at office@carchem.com and send your item to: Car Chem, 398 S King Oak St, Trenton IL 62293, United States.  

Shipping
For Returns ship to: Car Chem, 398 S King Oak St, Trenton IL 62293, United States It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item..
