  • Stain-free formula: Will not bleed through topcoats or primers

  • Non-clogging: Keeps sandpaper clean and effective

  • Superior adhesion: Bonds well to:

    • Bare steel

    • Galvanized metal

    • Aluminum

  • Includes cream hardener

Applications:

  • Auto body repair

  • Surface restoration on metal panels

  • Final shaping and surface leveling

  • Compatible with:

    • Basecoat/clearcoat systems

    • Primers and sealers

    • Spot and full panel repair

Instructions for Use (General):

  1. Prep Surface: Sand and degrease the surface thoroughly (typically 80-grit for best mechanical adhesion).

  2. Mixing Ratio: Use approximately 2% cream hardener by volume (a golf ball-size amount of filler to a pea-size of hardener). Mix until uniform in color.

  3. Apply with Spreader: Apply in smooth, thin layers.

  4. Cure Time: Typically ready to sand in 15–20 minutes at 70°F.

  5. Sand: Start with 80-grit and work up to 180–220 for finishing.

⚠️ Best Practices:

  • Do not apply over unsanded or dirty surfaces

  • Do not over-harden (too much hardener can cause shrinkage or cracking)

  • Use proper PPE and work in a well-ventilated area
